Carol at Missoulopolis notes that they have elected a total of 53 new precinct people to add to their county Central Committee. This is a good example of the grassroots party-building effect that the Presidential Caucus has had in Montana.
She says there was standing room only at the Missoula meeting, and the same was true in Billings earlier this month.
In Yellowstone County, there were 60 new precinct people elected.
OK, so there are a lot more Republicans in Yellowstone County -- but still, 60 is more than 53! (Just stirring the pot on a little East/West rivalry.)
